The studio is open-plan with the kitchen being separated by an arched wall. There is a wide arch between the sleeping area and living area which could be modified so as to give complete privacy to the sleeping area.

There is a small storage area with plumbing and a wash-basin under the stairway in the courtyard. The courtyard is only at the disposal of the owners of the ground floor studio.

All plumbing in the studio has been totally renewed and also all electric cabling. There is a small, enclosed courtyard which is accessed from the road through an arched, lock-up doorway.

Leading out from the kitchen there is also a small courtyard which could be used as a breakfast nook for al-fresco dining and also gives space for hanging out washing.

The upstairs apartment is owned by good and friendly neighbours who also use it as a holiday home for short periods during summer.
