FOR LONG TERM RENTAL: This furnished, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom village house is located in an elevated position in quiet and peaceful settings with wonderful countryside views.

The spacious living/dining area is separated from the fitted kitchen. There's a bathroom with tub and two very spacious bedrooms, one with wardrobes.

There is a very shady terrace at the entrance of the house affording stunning countryside views to the little village of Macheri. There's a door leading from the main bedroom onto a sunny terrace, and a door leading from the 2nd bedroom into the back yard. From here one enters the olive grove with about 20 olive trees.

A balcony runs from the front door entrance round to the living room doors. There is a large, open basement offering covered parking for at least two cars, and enough space for storage.

The house is simply furnished, and if so wished, the furniture can be removed to make place for the tenants own furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker/oven and refrigerator. All utility bills extra.

There is no central heating, and use will have to made during winter of electrical oil heating. Solar panels and electrical immersion heating.

This is the perfect house for those seeking a simple, quiet way of life. There is lots of space adjacent to the house to plant a vegetable garden, and if the tenants help to harvest the olives in winter, they will be given part of the yield in olive oil.

Alpha Omega Crete's commission is half of one month's rent, once off.
