Renovation project with great potential. This old ruin stands on a plot of 500sqm, situated at the end of the traditional village of Pemonia in a quiet and peaceful location with wonderful countryside and mountain views.

The stone house has beautiful original arches, still intact and able to be incorporated into the house when renovated. Access to the house is by one of two roads. One is the upper road leading out of the village to Melidoni, the other the lower road leading from the village itself.

The village of Pemonia is only 2km from the main national highway leading to Chania in the West and Rethymno in the East. Less than 2km up the hill is the village of Fres with its mini-market and tavernas, and also an information centre where English is spoken. There are a few kafenions in Pemonia where daily amenities are available, and fresh bread is delivered to the village every day.
