Stairs rise to the first floor with two double bedrooms and family bathroom with tub and fitted shower. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and shares a balcony with a covered pergola for shade.

This property has been very tastefully furnished and benefits from hot/cold A/C, and solar panels. All doors and windows are double-glazed with aluminium frames and shutters. There is a T.V., washing machine (will be placed in space under staircase), a toaster and a kettle.

If this property is rented out for longer than three months, only during the summer season, (May-September), the rent will be 1.200 euros - 2.400euros p.m.

All utility bills extra. Alpha Omega Crete's commission is half of one month's rent, once off for LONG TERM RENT. Please enquire about summer rental commissions.
