The ground floor comprises an open-plan fully fitted kitchen/dining/living area and toilet with wash-basin.

Stairs rise to the first floor with two double bedrooms and bathroom with tub and fitted shower. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and French doors leading out onto separate balconies with stunning views.

The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchen utensils, electrical appliances and bedding, ready to be moved into.

The house benefits from hot/cold A/C in all living areas, solar panels, open fireplace in the living room, water storage tank, and enough parking for more than one vehicle. All utility bills extra.

All doors and windows are double glazed with aluminium shutters and insect screens.

A pretty, landscaped garden is being prepared in front and behind the house, and also a vegetable garden in a separate section of the grounds which will be tended by the owners, who will also freely share of the fresh produce with the tenants.

There is a basement apartment with a separate entrance which the owners use during summer when they attend to the gardens and pools of the three neighbouring houses. The owners will not interfere with the tenants, and the benefit to the tenants will be free pool and garden maintenance during summer. If the tenants require full use of the house and basement apartment, the rent will be 1000 euros per month.

There is also a fully furnished 1xBed, 2xBath (1 with jacuzzi bath), maisonette available for long term rental with its own private swimming pool at 550 euros per month.

All utility bills extra. Alpha Omega Crete's commission is half of one month's rent, once off for LONG TERM.
