Mountain and sea views are enjoyed from this vantage point. Steps lead down from this terrace to the enclosed, open courtyard.

The house benefits from central heating, solar panels, A/C, ceiling fan in the one bedroom, and store room. Doors and windows are double-glazed aluminium with shutters.

The village in which this home is located, is not far from the seaside village of Kalives with all shopping amenities, banks, post office, school, coffee shops and tavernas. The central administrative town of Vamos, with its 24 hour health center and all shopping amenities, is only a few minutes drive away.
