Description:

This comfortable, well appointed, beachfront apartment in the popular holiday village of Almerida is only 20 meters from the sandy beach and about two minutes walk from the centre of the village.

It comprises, on the ground floor, an open-plan fully fitted kitchen/dining/living room with a substantial balcony. Under this balcony is a convenient storage area. There is a toilet with wash basin on this ground floor level.

Stairs lead up to the first floor with two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Each bedroom has patio doors which open onto individual balconies. The front balcony, which is enormous, faces the beach affording wonderful views to Souda Bay, the Akrotiri and open sea. The whole apartment benefits from air-conditioning.

Almerida is a beautiful village with a very safe sandy beach and harbour only 35 kilometers from the airport at Souda.
