3 Luxury, 3 bed, 2 bath villas, each with their own private garden and pool, located only 300 m. from the Lake shore and less than 3km from the white, sandy beaches of Georgioupolis and Kavros.

The villas are available as summer rentals, and are equipped with all modern comforts, T.V., DVD player, stereo system, open kitchen with cooker/oven, fridge/freezer/ micro wave, coffee machine, kettle and sandwich toaster.

Villa Anni accommodates 4 people, while Villa Rozetta and Villa Melia each accommodate 6 people. Extra baby cots are available on request.

The only fresh-water lake on the island of Crete, Kourna Lake with its array of coffee shops and tavernas is only a short stroll away.

The pedal boats which are available for rent, make it possible to explore the lake and enjoy a view of the variety of wild of birds and also the protected species of Karetta-karetta turtle.

Georgioupolis, with its white, sandy beaches, coffee shops, tavernas, supermarkets, chemist, bank, and all possible shopping amenities, is less than a few minutes' drive by car. There is a lagoon flowing into the sea with pedal boats and cannoos, and also a historic little church built on the pier in the sea.

This area is a great holiday get-away for people wanting to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the Cretan countryside and hiking & horse-riding, but also want to be close enough to entertainment and night life, which the city of Rethymno provides (15km drive from Kourna Lake).
