Available after 11 September 2024. This two bed house is located only a short walk away from the village centre & amenities and is on the bus route with regular buses to Chania city and neighbouring villages.
The garden is enclosed with a lock-up gate. A few fruit trees offer shady areas during the summer months. Lots of space for a nice vegetable patch.
There is hot/cold air-conditioning in the house, but the owners have now installed a traditional wood-burning stove, (somba) in the house which uses the economical and easy-to-clean & maintain ‘Pellet’ system.
ARMENI: Armeni village is a year-round village with most necessary amenities, e.g. Pharmacy, year-round tavernas/restaurants, coffee/cake shop, a renown butchery and a kafenion. The house is also on the bus route leading to Chania city and which passes through the sea-side town of Kalives.
KALIVES: The village of Kalives is less than 4 minutes drive and offers 2 pharmacies, 2 banks, a post office, doctors, dentist, 2 gas stations, 3 bakeries, 2 patisseries, 3 butchers, year-round restaurants & tavernas, coffee shops, bar, Primary school, vet, large SYNKA supermarket & further super & mini markets, and all further amenities as well as a KEP (English-speaking community centre).
