The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, in the village of Armeni Chania. It is on the first level of a residence overlooking the White Mountains.
The apartment has two bedrooms, an open living/dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all electrical appliances.
There is a veranda for outdoor relaxation, as well as a garden and parking.
Located within walking distance to the centre of Armeni, where one can find necessary amenities such as supermarkets; cafeterias; traditional kafeneions; restaurants and a pharmacy.
The traditional village of Armeni is less than 5 minutes’ drive to the larger, seaside village of Kalives where one will find Restaurants & coffee shops, English-speaking doctors, dentist, a laboratory, beauty salons, lawyers, book-keepers, 2 pharmacies, 2 banks, a post office, 3 bakeries/patisseries, 2 butchers, 2 gas stations, school, lawyers, hairdressers, super & mini markets, hardware shop, gym, pre-primary & Junior school and all further shopping amenities as well as an English-speaking Community Centre, (KEP). There are also two large sandy beaches, East and West, with many tavernas & coffee shops lacing the beaches.
There are daily buses passing through Armeni village to and from Chania city and other neighbouring villages, including Kalives.
