Ground floor: As soon as you walk in, you find yourself in a bright open-plan living room with a comfortable corner sofa, an open fireplace and a TV. Glass patio doors open straight onto a covered private terrace with a dining table and chairs — great for eating outside in the shade.

The kitchen and dining area are just to the left of the living room and look out over the pool. There’s also a handy cupboard under the stairs where the washing machine is kept.

Upstairs: Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own private terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds and opens onto its own terrace. The two bedrooms share a shower room in between, fitted with cream and blue tiles.

Outside: There’s a private terrace to the side of the house, and the shared pool area is just steps away. The pool is surrounded by colourful planted borders, and behind it opens onto a wide stretch of open countryside — making it a calm and peaceful spot.
