Located on the top of a small hill above Souda Bay, Villa Kedria with panoramic ocean views, boasts an outdoor swimming heated pool and magnificent views over the north coast of the island.

Villa Kedria was designed with great care using only environmentally friendly materials. Each room has the same excellent view – so everyone will be happy!

The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a large living room and a wooden table, satellite TV, a jacuzzi and a wine cellar that will make you feel luxury at its best.

The outdoor area has a private pool (heated pool) with sun loungers and sunbeds, stunning sea views, shaded lounges and outdoor dining areas on the east and west side of the plot and a fully equipped barbeque area overlooking Chania.

The heliport and the external toilets are a plus especially if you are not staying in the villa, but on the other hand, enjoying an event you have been invited to at the villa.

Inside Villa Kedria there is a living room with a large wooden dining room table, decorated with simple and modern lines.

In the open-plan living room there is a glass perimeter so that you can always enjoy the magnificent views. Here you can also enjoy your Jacuzzi overlooking the spectacular views of Chania.

The kitchen at Villa Kedria is fully equipped and has an extra storage area and its own veranda where one can enjoy your morning coffee. All glass panes are bulletproof of German technology, for extra security.

Each room within the villa has its own heat pump (cooling / heating) allowing for a different temperature in each room according to the needs of each guest. The villa is equipped with two solar water heaters of 320 litres of water.

The villa has a 50m2 games room and is equipped with a standard size table tennis and billiard table. This room has satellite tv, air conditioning and sofas making it an ideal entertainment area.

Towards the west of the plot there is an organized and fully equipped barbeque area with a gas grill, sink, fridge, kitchen and kitchen utensils. In this section there is a large wooden dining table with seating capacity for 20 people and a comfortable seating area ideal for spending the day with your friends, cooking in the barbeque with the most beautiful view of Chania! There are external toilets for men and women that can be used by the guests when outdoors.

There is a garage and unlimited free parking.
