All the Villas are two-storey (maisonettes) with unlimited view to the mountains, valley and the sea. They are exclusively built in stone and wood to match their surroundings. Each apartment is built at a different level due to the ground’s steep slope with some common areas (pool, barbecue, gym, café), as well as private courtyards, verandas, or balconies and quiet corners. Some homes even have access to the roof terrace (roof garden).

BUILDING 5b – BLACK:
The ground floor of the same building It has an area of 38.21 sq.m of main space and 9.28 sq.m. of auxiliary space, which today has the use of a gym with changing rooms and a hammam. It has an outdoor area with a lake for goldfish. It can easily be converted into an additional small house and the lake into a small, raised courtyard.
-Apart from the fireplace, all dwellings have air-conditioning on both floors and hot water from solar and electric water heaters.
Apokoronas Prefecture – for many, the most beautiful area of Crete- is well known for its hospitable inhabitants, its beautiful traditional villages, and the unique natural beauty. It is worth visiting all of them, since each one has its own colour, traditions, folkways, and history. The closest beach to the property is Kalyves, located at a distance of 10 km, while you may also visit the nearby beaches of Almyrida and Kyani Akti, all with crystal clear blue waters and awarded with blue flags. Alternatively, you may visit Georgioupolis, marvel its biotope and the unique Kournas lake . Visiting the evergreen Stylos valley with the famous springs, is another way to keep you cool and excited for a whole day. Samonas cave and the monumental Minoan aged olive trees or ancient city of Aptera and Izzedine castle are only few walking or driving minutes away from the property.
Around the whole prefecture of Apokoronas you will come across hospitable coffee houses and beautiful small taverns with traditional Cretan cuisine.
