Lake Kourna, the only fresh-water lake on the island is about 35 minutes’ drive away and offers a few tavernas/restaurants along the lake which open over weekends serving top class lunches and suppers.
This one-level villa is equipped with every essential item for a perfect winter holiday, with the practical outlay of the house providing ease and comfort of living. Should the tenants need any utensil or simple appliance which is not provided in the house, they can contact the agent who will make it available as soon as possible.
The roof terrace is equipped with a hot tub Jacuzzi where one can enjoy the breath-taking views and tranquil surroundings on sunny winter days. Scandinavian people suggest that very good therapy for blood circulation in winter, is to jump into the cold pool and then relocate to the hot tub afterwards for a satisfying, hot water massage!
NO PETS allowed and no smoking in the house. A refundable, security deposit of one month’s rent will be required before tenancy starts, to cover for any damages incurred by the tenants. The first month’s rental has also to be paid up front and then during the first week of each month thereafter for the remaining months.
